After 3 years of working side-by-side in creating the rebirth of Daimon Brewery, Daimon-san and Marcus have decided to share their expertise with the sake world: business knowledge, industry knowledge, organizational knowledge, production knowledge, and operational knowledge. Daimon-san as the first pioneer of the international sake world and Marcus as the first foreign CEO of a Japanese Sake Brewery want to lend their expertise to both established sake businesses as well as new venturers into the world of sake.
